The primary role for this position is to drive success by serving as a Business Consultant to develop, interpret and implement complex financial and accounting concepts or techniques for financial planning and control. Specific duties include analyzing business results, financial analysis, providing insight on value creation, and staying abreast of accounting regulations

Tax Research & Compliance
Provisional work (FASB 109)
Prepare state corporate tax returns for multiple companies
Prepare/coordinate consolidated federal tax return
Ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies
Assist with FIN 48 analysis
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 4+ years of public accounting experience demonstrating a proven progression in tax return complexity; CPA or Master's in Tax is preferred; Strong excel skills and current experience with tax software is required.
