ACTIVE PODIATRIST

Requirements include:
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from an accredited program acceptable to the Surgeon General
- Completion of a one-year surgical residency accredited by the Residency Review Committee for the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA)
- License to practice podiatry
- Between 21 and 42 years of age (may request a waiver)
- U.S. citizenship
RESERVE PODIATRIST
As a podiatrist and Officer on the U.S. Army Reserve Health Care Team, you'll make a difference in the lives of our Soldiers and their Families while enriching your career. You can practice in your community and serve when needed. Working alongside dedicated professionals, you'll have the opportunity to deliver expert podiatric care in one of the world's most advanced health care organizations

Requirements include:
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from an accredited program
- Unrestricted license to practice podiatry
- Completion of a one-year podiatric surgical residency accredited by the Residency Review Committee for the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) and acceptable to the Surgeon General
- Between 21 and 42 years of age (may request a waiver)
- Permanent U.S. residency
