Duties include handling all inquiries received via phone, fax, mail or email from customers and publishers. Maintain, organize and prioritize work for accounts specifically assigned. Provide superior customer service
Requirements/Skills:
Work as part of the team; provide support and assistance to other team members when necessary. Computer experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products a must. Applicant must have good written and verbal communication skills and be dependable and reliable.
Telephone skills (clear, audible voice), typing (accuracy over speed), organizational and time management abilities. Must have one year customer service and/or general office experience. Must be professional, hard working and cheerful. Good attendance a must. Attention to detail a must

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of customer service and must be able to write and speak in Spanish with no mistakes
Responsibilities:
* Answer all customer service issues in a timely fashion
* Meet the goal for maximum amount of pending items before leaving for the day
* Learn customer service tool & provide feedback/ideas for improvements
* Interface with the rest of the company regarding CS issues
* Review/QA outgoing marketing emails
* Provide feedback on websites- new products, etc
Requirements:
* Bilingual in English and Spanish, highly important to read, write, and speak the Spanish Language (written test for translation will be given at interview).
* Must have a college degree (Bachelors in Spanish preferable)
* Must have computer skills
* Perform typical Customer Service duties as well as handle minor updates to the Spanish language site
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to start ASAP

This full-time position is based at our Needham office. No telecommuting

Responsibilities
*Monitor and respond to client inquiries and support requests via phone, email, web forum, etc.
*Provide professional client service to our client and partner base
*Take escalated calls as needed
*Maintain detailed documentation on client interactions
*Work with new users or internal employees as needed
*Provide training for clients and staff (as needed)
*Ensure productivity standards and metrics are maintained
*Staggered shift schedules
Qualifications
*Minimum of Associate degree in computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
*Two+ years of professional experience with heavy telephone support
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Excellent follow-up skills.
*Proven knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
*Strong background in client service and support
*Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in dealing with clients' technical issues
*Ability to work independently and on a team to meet critical deadlines
*Strong PC or MAC skills, as well as applications like (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
*Ability to follow operating procedures and instructions.
*Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
*Ability to multitask
*CRM experience a must
*Linux experience preferred
