Managing Partner/Founder Needed for Affiliate Network Launch
egoMedia, Inc is widely regarded as a leading technology company for performance marketing with specialty services in email advertising.
Our team is led by a group of seasoned online marketing and technology professionals. We are looking for a strategic, organized, friendly, and self-motivated Affiliate Manager to Partner with and launch the next generation in Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate must have the appropriate contacts in online marketing as well as passion for innovation, integrity, and ownership.
The main responsibility will be to launch, establish, and grow the affiliate and media partnerships needed to develop the industries leading affiliate marketing network. The Affiliate Manager will identify potential partners for strategic publishing and advertising relationships, negotiate deal terms, and take control of the entire business ongoing. This position is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in his or her career and grab hold of an ownership opportunity building from the ground up.
Responsibilities
* Identify and recruit partners for the launch of our affiliate network
* Manage partner relationships moving forward
* Coordinate with other managing partners for overall company growth and direction
Qualifications
* 5+ years of online direct marketing experience, preferably in the performance marketing space
* Minimum 3 years experience managing online affiliate marketing campaigns
* Prior experience using affiliate tracking systems such as HitPath, LinkTrust, or DirectTrack a big plus
* Self Motivated, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Must be able to juggle multiple responsibilities
* Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills
* Sense of humor & ability to work under pressure
* A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
