As a critical care nurse and Officer on the U.S. Army Reserve Health Care Team, you can enhance your nursing career while enriching your life. - Special Pay of $37,500 ($12,500 per year for three years) for nurses with their BSN

- Board Certified Pay of $2,500 to $6,000 annually for board-certified dentists
- Dental Additional Special Pay of $4,000 to $15,000, based on creditable service
- Dental Officer Multiyear Retention Bonus of $13,000 to $50,000 annually, based on specialty and length of contract
- Paid continuing education, including clinical specialization and residencies
- 30 days of paid vacation earned annually
