The Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts is offering the following position in its Communications and Marketing Department:
Manager, Interactive Communications
Position Summary: The Manager, Interactive Communications manages and develops the content, functions and design of the Wolf Trap Foundation website. This position works collaboratively across the Foundation to develop strategies that accomplish organizational objectives via the website and other online and interactive spaces. This position also oversees the production of email marketing campaigns.
Qualifications: Successful candidates will have a BA/BS in a related field and 2 years experience in developing & maintaining arts or entertainment content. Candidates must have working knowledge of new media platforms used to create & distribute information; proven strategic communication and writing skills; keen attention to detail; strong technical skills, including experience using Sitecore or other .NET content management system, knowledge of CSS & the ability to code pages to XHTML standards; knowledge of web design principles; awareness of new media and interactive communication trends; and basic knowledge of server configuration and SQL. Candidates should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as excellent organization and inter-personal skills.
