Role:
I have a solid understanding of project management principles and approaches to managing multi-phased projects and the flexibility to lead multi-disciplinary, diverse and dynamic teams to deliver integrated solutions
I plan, scope, schedule, resource, drive and actively manage projects across departments, from start to finish, to achieve our collective success.
I have a passion for great work and have an understanding of how to most efficiently utilize the team and proactively drive the process with groundbreaking innovative work as the end result.

I am also responsible for:
* Accurately scope work and define/leverage the appropriate project delivery methodology for client specific needs.
* Creating strategic project plans that take agency strengths and resource utilization into consideration.
* Effectively communicating with all agency departments as well as clients.
* Quality end-to-end management of all projects throughout the agency.
o Recognize that each project goes through a series of interdependent processes that require planning and monitoring - from initial research and strategy through final production
* Stewarding project execution
* Allowing projects to be planned and completed at high speed when required, without compromising other projects. (managing trade-offs)
* Being flexible to client needs
* Building client relationships that ensure smooth operational success and develop client confidence of the agency's operational excellence.
* Creating team tempo through development and execution of project
* Completing and managing all internal schedules (working with appropriate departments as required)
* Ensuring all team members are aware of - and meeting - the project timing and managing that time and tempo to achieve great work
* Initiating projects (Jobs) within our internal systems
* Centralizing all project information to be the internal steward of the project
* Plan for and manage and own resource allocation across the creative department, studio, production and development
* Manage and own the status of projects, internal meetings related to the projects' status and their outcomes
* Responsible for understanding holistic budgets and managing appropriately.
* Leading internal meetings as it relates to project momentum - ensuring decisions and actions are made and agreed to
* Prepare and maintain project documentation: SOWs, project plan, briefs, status reports, change requests, etc
Competencies (skills I have)
* Some Microsoft experience preferred.
* Successfully managed integrated programs through an agency across multiple clients, with am emphasis on digital
* Solid knowledge of Project Management principles, methods & techniques
* Ability to build and maintain positive, collaborative client relationships.
* Experience leading and motivating a cross-functional team within budget and schedule constraints while meeting or exceeding client's expectations
* Solid knowledge of all communications mediums (print, broadcast, and digital) with an emphasis on web development including strategies, design, implementation, and user adoption
* Highly developed communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation & negotiation skills
* Highly organized
* Flexible, ability to adapt to unique situations and projects
* Able to thrive in a changing, dynamic environment
* Professional, high degree of diplomacy and business acumen
Qualifications:
At least 5 years working within a creative agency on high profile and complex brands
2-3 years of working in the digital space on multiple types of projects
Requires a BS degree

Job Summary:
To work with Dispatchers and Service Managers - to inspect, repair and perform periodic preventive maintenance on Espresso, Brewing, Grinding and Water Filtration systems. Maintain customer relationships in assigned territory through on-time service, professional representation, timely communication, descriptive and accurate paperwork and completing the service provided correctly the first time - every time
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
*Insure the completion of all work in the assigned territory according to customer and company requirements.
*Insure strong customer loyalty through professional and reliable service
*Complete accurate inspections, service and maintenance of equipment in order to maintain equipment operation and extend equipment life.
*Complete preventive maintenance tasks as established by the manufactures.
*Perform consistent, quality service throughout the assigned territory.
*Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers.
*Communicate clear and accurate information documenting the service provided and the results.
*Work with Dispatchers and Service Managers to ensure that workloads are managed correctly and efficiently.
*Report time worked and provide daily work information to the corporate office in a manner and form as per current company practices.
*Communicate in a clear and timely manner with Dispatchers and Service Managers to assure the highest levels of customer service.
*Wear only approved National Accounts uniforms at ALL TIMES while on the job.
*Adhere to all safety rules - be safe on and off the job site. Be cautious and careful when driving. Immediately report any safety violations to a Dispatcher or Service Manager. Never do ANYTHING that puts your safety, or the safety of others, in jeopardy.

Job Qualifications:
*Minimum 2 years of service experience in a similar or related field.
*Ability to work on commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding and water systems.
*Must like coffee. Tasting is the final process in all repairs.
*Must be eligible to work in the US
*Valid drivers license (of the required class for the jurisdiction) with a clean driving record.
*Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
*Good penmanship.
*Good organizational skills
*Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
