The perfect candidate for Sales Support Coordinator is detail oriented and very organized with experience in; customer and vendor communication, customer billing, and administrative assistance for a growing sales team
We Offer;

Required Responsibilities and Experiences;
- Familiarity with Co-Op advertising programs a BIG plus!
- Answer and direct inbound calls
- Communicate daily with outside customers and vendors
- Create and deliver invoices to customers via mail and electronically
- Understand basic accounting and expense coding
- Process credit card transactions
- Distribute correspondence to customers and prospects
- Assemble, calculate, and deliver payroll to accounting
- Manage department scheduling of important tasks for managers
- Work well with a positive / high-energy team!
- Experience with Apple Mac a plus
