Technical Publications Supervisor
In this position you will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of writers and illustrators engaged in preparing material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs related technical publications in conjunction with or independent from engineering, manufacturing, research, and related activities
The Technical Publications Supervisor also actively develops, writes, and edits material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs related technical publications. Develops and maintains parts lists and exploded view illustrations for service and parts manuals. Prepares illustrations for manuals and other documents dealing with the installation, operation, maintenance, and/or repair of Midmark's products for consumers, distributors, dealers, and/or Midmark's own service personnel
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or an Associate's Degree and equivalent experience or Trade/Technical with equivalent experience. Also necessary is extensive computer knowledge, experience with hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical experience and good analytic and communication skills (verbal and written). Prefer candidates with 3-5 years supervisory experience and knowledge of Midmark's products
