ACTIVE GENERAL SURGEON
As a general surgeon and Officer on the U.S. Army Health Care Team, you'll feel the pride that comes with playing an important role in the care of our Soldiers and their Families. Here, there are none of the distractions typically found in a civilian practice, such as office management, malpractice or overhead.

- Eligibility for board certification
- Completion of at least one year of an approved Graduate Medical Education (GME) internship

RESERVE GENERAL SURGEON

Benefits include:
- Health Professional Special Pay of $75,000 for eligible specialties, paid in three yearly increments of $25,000
- Healthcare Professionals Loan Repayment (HPLR) of up to $50,000 over three years; may be applied toward qualified medical school loans

- Non-contributory retirement benefits at age 60 with 20 years of qualifying service
- Low-cost life and dental insurance

Position Summary:
We have an exceptional career opportunity for an aggressive, Inside Sales Representative responsible for outbound calling to green field accounts defined as net, new prospects not currently doing business with Altura; then qualifying a lead, setting an appointment, and distributing the lead to our Area Directors and Account Managers. Based in the Phoenix Branch, the Inside Sales Representative job function includes:
Produce qualified leads from outbound cold calling meeting daily calling metrics.
Responsible for contracting and securing appointments with decision makers
Meeting daily plans to meet personal performance objectives including number of calls, number of appointments.
Understand telemarketing, and prospecting (initial calls, appointment set up, qualifying, business needs assessment and lead generation.)
Dedication to improve outbound calling and selling skills including service and product knowledge; calling scripts and calling strategies
Working with Marketing in the development of lead lists, selling techniques, scripts, and call-handling strategies
Coordinate Telesales campaigns with other business units and other projects as necessary
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will possess the following: 2-4 + years of inside sales experience including outbound calling and inside professional appointment setter. Proven track record of success in outbound calling leading to responsible. Experience working in a call center environment. Extremely strong verbal communication skills. Demonstrating effective prospecting skills in overcoming prospecting challenges such as getting through the gate keeper. Background knowledge of telecommunications is a plus but not required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Proven sales skills with a successful inside sales track record a must. Strong systems knowledge; MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet, sales database.
Salary is depending on experience plus commission.
