As a perioperative nurse and Officer on the U.S. Army Health Care Team, you'll manage the care for our Soldiers and their Families when they need it most. You'll work as a member of our operating room team, surrounded by collaborative professionals who share your dedication to patient care

- Current, valid and unrestricted nursing license
- U.S. citizenship
RESERVE PERIOPERATIVE NURSE
As a perioperative nurse and Officer on the U.S. Army Reserve Health Care Team, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your skills while working in your community and serving when needed. In our collaborative environment, you'll have the opportunity to learn new techniques and utilize the latest technology. Most importantly, you'll provide the best nursing care to our Soldiers and their Families
Benefits include:
- Special Pay of $37,500 ($12,500 per year for three years) for nurses with their BSN
- Up to $50,000 for nursing school loans through the Health Professional Loan Repayment Program
- Paid continuing education
- Travel opportunities, including humanitarian missions
- Low-cost life and dental insurance
- Non-contributory retirement benefits with 20 years of qualifying service
