Corporate Commodity Buyer
In this position you will be responsible for strategic global sourcing, managing supplier relationships, supply chain security, supplier measurement, supplier contracts, and supplier pricing for the supply base within the commodities assigned. Commodity Buyers will be managing multiple commodities
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field and a minimum of 5 years experience in procurement of direct materials. Also necessary is previous experience dealing with international suppliers, strong communication and problem solving skills, proficiency in MS Office and MRP experience preferably with Oracle. Experience in electronics or electro-mechanical purchasing is highly preferred. Openness to domestic and international travel is also required
