Responsibilities:
Work Help Desk Tickets remotely and travel onsite to local client offices
Provide remote and onsite support to clients with LAN/WAN and/or VPN issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot network switches, firewalls, DNS and Internet connectivity, and email problems
Configure and support PC hardware, software and print devices
Administer and troubleshoot client servers including Exchange and SQL
Implement or assist project installations of Exchange, Windows Server, LAN, VPN
Requirements
Minimum job expiernce of 5 years advanced Network Administration. 4 year degree or Equivalent Experience, Microsoft, Cisco and/or other certifications required.
Desired candidates should haveMicrosoft Echange server 5.5 or higher experience, Citrix, Terminal Server, VNC, Cisco or SonicWall router, VMWare, Clustering, Fail-over/load balancing. Active Directory, Server 2003 and 2008, MS Office, and Outlook experience, Experience with Enterprise AnitVirus/Spam products.
Must have above people skills, character and integrity are a basic job requirement. Strong troubleshooting skills are a must
