We are seeking independent Sales Project Managers to assist homeowners in processing insurance claims due to hail damage, and also to oversee the construction replacement process. This niche sales position provides commission potential in the $100,000 plus range for the right candidate. If you possess an outgoing personality, the ability to manage many different projects at once, and are looking for a position with long term growth potential then you may be a good fit for this position.
Our company provides the most comprehensive training in the industry, and our national expansion plans provide for long term growth opportunities. Previous sales experience is a must.

* Responsible for the initial customer contact, develops, quotes, and follows-up on all sales leads and inquiries.
* Establishes preliminary quality objectives and determines the up-front requirements needed to insure compliance of the end item commodities.
* Evaluates market conditions and establishes marketing and advertising strategies.
* Coordinates customer contact and correspondence with personnel within company to insure that new work and requirements transition smoothly from concept to reality-acts as a liaison between customers and our headquarters
* Serve as a project leader, leading product launch, engineering changes
Desired Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry Materials or Technology- related field
* Good understanding of plastic materials, injection molding, mechanical aptitude
* Ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD files and product/quality specifications
* 5+ years experience within the plastic industry and experience with injection molding
