We are looking for Mid-to-Senior level Software Engineers who appreciate and enjoy the challenges, responsibilities, and pleasures of working with a small, tightly-knit team of passionate and committed people to accomplish extraordinary things. You should have the following skills & qualifications:
Most importantly, you are a smart, get-it-done, make-it-happen person
Strong experience with Ruby/Rails, but we may consider someone with strong backgrounds in other OO languages AND a demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Strong experience with SQL and RDBMS
Experience developing highly scalable consumer internet sites
Experience working with HTML, CSS, and inobtrusive AJAX
You enjoy a challenge and thrive in a dynamic environment
High degree of commitment to tasks and team
You care about the customer
Good-natured with a sense of humor
