If you answered yes to all of the above you might just be the next Pet Associate or Pet Specialist Jazzy's Pet Care is looking for.
This is not your typical pet sitting job, We have high expectations and standards from our team but that's because we pride ourselves in offering the best possible pet care in the Orlando area. Our clients expect it from us, therefore we expect it from our team.
Pay is commissioned base but we do pay above average commission to our staff. Because the best deserve the best! We also offer room for advancement and a chance to earn more, while building a reliable and steady client base.
Duties:
Cares for a range of pets, you can either be specialized in small or large animal care. Ability to teach and educate clients and other team members. Displays a positive and cheerful attitude with all clients, and ability to handle all types of clients. Required to clean up pet feces, assist pet parents with making appropriate pet care decisions. Must be confident in his/her pet care knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years of solid animal care in a professional manner. Must be trained as one of the following: Vet Technician, Dog Trainer or Animal Behavorial Specialist, Horse Trainer, or certified as Professional Pet Sitter through either NAPPS or Pet Care Services Association (PCSA) & is Pet First Aide certified or a willingness to become Pet First Aide certified within 6 months of hire. Must be clean cut, professional, customer friendly, positive cheerful attitude, and a willingness to learn. Will be required to continue studies in pet care, through either course work, conferences, team meetings, in an effort to uphold Jazzy's Standards of Excellence. Must have reliable transportation and current car insurance. Must pass a criminal background check. Must be reliable & dependable, flexible schedule, and heart and passion for pets.
