Our company has an opening for a National Sales Manager calling on mid to large customers and prospecting. We are a mid size company growing rapidly with our array of new and innovative products and ingredients. The sales manager's position requires a self motivator, outgoing, confident, customer oriented, and result driven manager selling the finest products to a wide range of accounts.
To be considered, you must show the following talents:
* Successful history in sales or pastry (chocolate or specialty dessert items preferred)
* Desire to provide the highest level of customer service by addressing customer concerns
* A successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
* Strong merchandising skills and Category Management experience
* Former/current pastry chefs or industry experience highly desired
Qualifications:
* 1+ years of sales experience (industry experience preferred)
*Proven track record as a pastry chef/chocolatier OR sales achievements in a regional or national organizations with large/key accounts
*Must be enthusiastic and a self-starter requiring little to no supervision
*Must have the ability to travel (50%) for this role, as your customers will be located throughout the US
*Strong presentation and relationship building skills, especially in the pastry and baking industry
*Strong MS office skills
*Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively, with an ability to meet or exceed deadlines
*Excellent attention to detail and follow up skills
* Associates or Bachelors degree in business, or foodservice area a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
2.Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
3.Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
4.Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
5.Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
6.Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
7.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
8.Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
9.Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
10.Identify and resolve client concerns.
11.Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
12.Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Additional Responsibilities:
1.Participate in marketing events such as, trade shows, and special events with clients
2.May include Follow-up for collection of late payment.
3.Coordinate with other staff to ensure proper shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services

Next Jump is looking for a hungry, motivated and ambitious individual to join our Affinity Network sales team. As a Sales Director you will contact executives and directors of member benefit programs for affinity (member based) organizations. Our affinity organizations range in size from 10,000 to 150,000 members and include (Georgia State Golf Association, National Education Association, First Responders Financial, Microsoft Alumni Network, etc.) You handle making initial contact, presentations, contract negotiations, coordinate the launch of marketing new programs, cultivate new leads and handle inbound leads. You will handle both warm leads and reach out to new potential clients
The successful candidate must be comfortable working in an environment with high volume phone activity. This person must also be success driven and have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing an account list as well as closing sales.
Responsibilities:
* Contact prospects using a systematic, disciplined approach to lead generation converting to sufficient sales opportunities
* Responsible for entire sales process from prospecting to close
* Generate revenue opportunities by developing and qualifying new sales leads through inbound requests, referrals, and cold calling
* Prepare proposals, quotations and contracts for clients and follow-up promptly coordinating with the Director of Corporate Relations
* Provide support for Corporate Sales Team
Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree required
* 5+ years experience with retail, advertising and marketing areas
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational skills
* Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to work
* Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Solid technology and Internet skills
