This Alhambra firm is searching for the following:

SUMMARY
Audit the payroll records of contributing employers to determine if the monthly pension and health & welfare reports were submitted in accordance with Trustee policy and the applicable collective bargaining agreement language.

Communicate via telephone to arrange audits with company representative.
Ability to manage time and create audit schedule
Follow driving directions and safely operate a car.
Necessary to be away from home for extended periods.
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
Professional presentation in the field and office.
Must be punctual in meeting appointments.
Computer literate in Excel and Word
Ten key ability
Able to understand, analyze and apply contract language
Ability to work well with others in a team
Maintain professionalism in hostile environments and situations.
Flexible working hours
Must be self starter, self reliant, self motivated and organized.
Prepares reports concerning audit using Microsoft office and other company programs.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
