As a periodontist and Officer on the U.S. Army Reserve Health Care Team, you can practice in your community and serve when needed. As a member of our comprehensive dental care team, you will develop new skills while improving the well-being of Soldiers and their Families.

Requirements include: - Doctorate from an ADA-accredited dental school in the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico or Canada - Completion of an ADA-accredited Advanced Specialty Education Program in periodontics - Between 21 and 42 years of age (health care professionals ages 43 to 60 are now eligible for a two-year service contract under the OAPP program) - License to practice dentistry - Permanent U.S. residency
