Description

Our Story:
Two men had a baby in 1931, and named it after themselves. Since then, a lot's changed.

Our goal: to become one of the world's most innovative companies.

We're a creativity company that delivers business impact by involving people in brand experiences.

Surviving in such a competitive market requires embracing a constant state of transformation. Necessity begets invention. And we've not only stayed ahead of the curve, in many cases we've carved the turn. We don't look much like just an advertising agency anymore?

Some marks of entrepreneurial creativity we're proudest of:

Writing and producing our own TV show.
Building a line of DIY furniture.
Defining a new level of accountability with our performance marketing practice - where we're compensated for the leads we generate.
Starting our own online aggregator so we could understand how to work as media vendor as well as planner.
Building an online media player that enabled live syndication for the first time ever.
Being recognized as a leader and innovator in integrated marketing.

The gig: You'll transform the connections strategy & vision into a functional media plan and bring it to life with smart tactics: You're the executional thought leadership and client facing executional lead.

Some stuff you'll be responsible for (the biggies):

- Developing smart, innovative consumer inspired media strategies and tactics that support the connections strategy
- Ensuring the overall health of the campaign and stewarding the plan to meet stated objectives
- Demonstrating innovative and creative thinking that is drawn from your knowledge and experience of best practices in media and knowledge of a client's business.
- Driving the business forward by expanding and sharing knowledge of new opportunities across the organization through industry research, industry events, and through vendor/publisher meetings

And also:
- Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve infrastructure and processes
- Oversight of data gathering activities for major media plans
- Developing media insights based on available data (client, third party, campaign data and observed behaviors)
- Assisting with major proposal evaluations
- Provide assessments and recommendations for media opportunities that develop through the course of business
- Lead and contribute to client status meetings
- Articulating the value that the media team has brought to bear beyond the expected, internally and externally
