RN opening for FULL or PART time QP Supervisor at In Home Personal Care, Inc., a MN licensed, Class A Home Health Care Agency in Golden Valley, serving the community since 1991.
Responsibilities include managing homecare clients, their care plans, service agreements, PCA's and HHA's.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of homecare experience as an RN QP supervisor OR have a minimum of 5 years homecare experience as an RN.
Experience with Minnesota Medical Assistance, Medicare, insurance contracts, county case management is a plus and will help in advancement. Excellent Pay with Flexible Schedule.
