Certified Nursing Assistant

Private Duty case in Lake Forest, IL.
Candidate MUST be a male. This is a BFOQ (Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).
Must be available for 12 hour shifts 7AM to 7PM.
Schedule would be a 3/4 split. Thursday thru Sunday one week and Friday thru Sunday the next week.
Candidate MUST have at least 1 year of experience working with Dementia patients.
REQUIRED: Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant with the Illinois Healthcare Worker Registry.
