Respiratory Care Therapist

Respiratory therapist is competent to provide services to patients
from birth to adult geriatric.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of one year AMA. approved Respiratory Therapy school or equivalent
- Certified Respiratory Therapist or eligibility by the National Board of Respiratory Care; Experience as a Respiratory Therapist prior to employment is desired;
- New graduates considered
- Requires a broad knowledge of respiratory care procedures, respiratory equipment and patient evaluation using protocol systems;
- Must be Certified and/or Registered by the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC)
- Must possess a New York State License or valid temporary permit
