Bell Micro is looking for a Senior Auditor to join the Company’s corporate Audit team.  The Senior Auditors position will have interaction with management at all levels within the organization and will focus on performing complex level operational, financial and compliance audits of the Company’s operations and generating value added recommendations to enhance the Company’s internal controls or operating efficiencies.   This position will identify and evaluate the organization’s risk areas and provides key input to the development of the annual audit plan. Perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures. Evaluate and determine adequacy of internal controls. Conduct interviews, review documents, develop and administer surveys, compose summary memos and prepares working papers. Identifies, develops and documents audit issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed. Communicates or assists in communicating results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management and the audit committee of the board of directors.   Candidates must have 3-5 yrs experience in internal audit & passed certification exam as a CPA, CIA or CISA.  Must have knowledge and experience of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Experience in communicating with various levels of management. Must have the ability to manage audit on an individual basis.  Can work independently if needed. Experience with audit software, ACL is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus. Experience in working in the IT industry is a plus.
