Duties:
Handle all business correspondence and handle incoming calls
Coordinate CEO schedule, meetings and travel
Provide administrative support including but not limited to developing and typing written correspondence – either on own or from dictation, conducting research on various issues, copying, faxing, mailing documents or items as requested.
Preparing reports, spreadsheets etc.
Manage the Customer Service Department
Coordinate Corporate Giving Program
Serve as liaison between CEO and Executive Team and Board of Directors
Handle a variety of personal responsibilities for CEO, including but not limited to running errands, scheduling personal appointments
Job Requirements:
3-5 years Executive support experience and/or has four years college/university program degree.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible attitude and outgoing personality
