Compensation Manager needed in the most beautiful location in the U.S.

Fletcher Allen Health Care is seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to manage all aspects of our compensation programs.

The Compensation Manager is responsible for:

• The daily operations of the compensation function at Fletcher Allen Health Care, including the development, implementation and administration of all staff and leadership compensation programs.
• Providing consultation to Fletcher Allen Health Care leadership and HR partners in all areas of compensation including organizational structure, job development and reclassification, career ladders, special compensation programs, compensation issues, and policy interpretation.
• Participation in the strategic planning initiatives for compensation, and the development of specific programs and policies to meet the compensation needs of the organization.
• Acting as the primary contact for all compensation issues at Fletcher Allen Health Care

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field, with significant experience in Compensation management, including policy and program development and implementation. Knowledge of large healthcare organizations preferred. Ability to develop outstanding working relationships across organizations required
