Compensation and Stock Options

Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Informatica's Employee Stock Purchase Plan gives our employees the opportunity to contribute up to 10 percent of their pay to purchase common stock in Informatica. At the end of each 6-month purchase period, shares are purchased at preferential rates.
