Summary of the Job:

 

Develop, launch and manage the new INFORM World Wide Channels Program.

 

This assignment involves developing a new channel program to support the newly formed “GEO” account segment in major markets worldwide. 

 

You will drive the development and delivery of tools, content, and programs enabling our partners to successfully go to market with Informatica products and solutions. This role requires that you possess the ability to work with a wide array of corporate functions (i.e. sales, marketing, finance, operations, legal, etc.) for strategic planning and tactical implementation of the program elements.

 

A key responsibility will be to drive the identification and recruitment of value added resellers and solution providers to enroll in the channels program and drive revenue growth in the targeted mature and emerging markets.

 

Compensation to be Revenue and MBO driven.

 

 

 Responsibilities:

 

         Develop the SUPPLY of channel partners

         Manage the partner relationship across geographies

         Enroll and provision new partners to the channel program

         Work with channel partners to develop joint:

         value proposition

         business plan

         marketing plan

         enablement & certification plan

         Drive engagement of partner with field sales organization via Channel Account Managers

         Coordinate technology enablement events, presentations & workshops, road shows

         Coordinate joint marketing activities

         Drive partner adoption and participation of strategic program initiatives

         (i.e. ‘Zones’, ‘Above & Beyond’)

         Recruit partners to sponsor and participate in key corporate events including the annual Sales Kick Off (SKO) and worldwide users conference (Informatica World).

         Renew expired agreements of existing partners

 

 

 Required Skills:

8-12 years of related experience in partner program development & management
Expert knowledge of alliance programs

Track record of leading successful projects

Ability to work effectively with a large extended team

Demonstrated ability to work independently
