| Overview: |
TheTerritory Manageris responsible for
establishing, promoting and maintaining a high level of sales of
dermatological products for Medicis. Working within an established
territory, this position serves as a sales representative to
dermatologists and podiatrists providing them with product
information, superior customer service and support.

| Responsibilities: |
- Promote and sell Medicis products to current and potential
customers
- Initiate specific courses of action to increase sales and
market share for specific products
- Communicate with customers in a clear and effective
manner
- Build internal and external relationships; establish
credibility and rapport with customers
- Organize and schedule tasks, develop realistic goals and action
plans
- Deal with unresolved situations, frequent changes, delays or
unexpected events
- Possess the ability to travel and work outside of the
parameters of 8am to 5pm when required; expected 4 overnight stays
per month
- Document all activities and progress

| Qualifications: |
- BA/BS in marketing, sales, business administration or a related
field is required
- Experience (2-4 years) in direct and/or outside sales
- Pharmaceutical sales experience is highly desired and will be
given first consideration
- Must have demonstrated selling skills
- High personal motivation and a sense of urgency
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to safely
operate a motor vehicle
