Group Brand Leader - Dysport  

Overview:

A lead senior physician marketer for Dysport. This marketer will lead the development of hard-hitting programs to drive business. Will be responsible for forecasting, guiding R&D, business plan



Responsibilities:
  • Lead ongoing positioning and branding of Dysport to physician and consumers
  • Lead development of physician segmentation analysis and identify areas for growth
  • Identify gaps in physician and consumer needs and design and execute solutions
  • Strategy, creation, execution, and management of physician and sales tactics, such as: detail aids, novel direct-to-physician programs, and consumer advertising
  • Physician Relationship Marketing, including direct mail, Web based programs, and face-to-face meetings
  • Lead strategy and execution for Ad Boards and conferences
  • Provide marketing input and strategy to Medical colleagues: Clinical trials; Publications; Medical Education
  • Ensure the strategic alignment across the brand team including: Representing physician marketing initiatives to Consumer Marketing and Sales colleagues, and helping to ensure consistence
  • Champion programs and pieces through Legal/Regulatory Review
  • Lead cross-functional meetings at least bi-weekly, weekly FAC meetings


Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of previous Marketing Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA or related advanced degree a plus
  • Demonstrated significant experience in Physician Marketing in the areas noted
  • Experience in consumer marketing desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to align with Sales Colleagues and demonstrated customer orientation
  • Supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and strong analytical skills
  • Sense of urgency in growing the business
  • Willingness to engage with physician customers on a frequent basis (conventions, ad boards)
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills with respect to internal and external colleagues
  • Ability to champion projects in a regulated environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment (team player) a must
  • Ability to bring strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level
  • Strong project, vendor and process management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical for customer interactions, and public presentations
