Aesthetics Regional Manager  

Overview:

The Regional Manager is responsible for managing a team of Professional Sales Specialists to implement national and regional sales goals.



Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of assigned region to include but not limited to: recruiting, developing, training, coaching, counseling, leading, motivating as well as maintaining the morale of the region.
* Achieves short and long-term sales strategies in support of regional sales objectives.
* Lead and direct the efforts of the regional sales team.
* Provide technical product information and procedure expertise to customers.
* Initiate focused programs and services to increase sales and market share for specific products.
* Communicate with customers in a clear and effective manner.
* Build internal and external relationships; establish credibility and rapport with customers.
* Organize and schedule tasks, develop realistic goals and action plans to increase sales and market share.
* Ensures compliance by providing FDA approved information and adhering to FDA regulations.
* Able to cover territories in a sales capacity when there is a vacancy.



Qualifications:

* BA/BS in marketing, sales, business administration or a related field is required.
* 3-5 years of previous direct sales and sales management experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device is desired.
* Previous experience with Aesthetic products is also desired.
* Strong consultative selling skills and proven capability to close sales.
* High personal motivation.
* Strong business acumen; must be able to develop and execute a business/sales plan for the assigned region.
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective contract and negotiating skills.
* Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated success in a high pressure sales role.
* Customer service orientation.
* Posses the ability to travel extensively to cover assigned region and to attend both company and trade meetings.
* Must possess valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Effectively manage company property and resources to include, but not limited to, expense management, computer, automobile and other allocated equipment.
* Must possess and display ethical and compliant behavior.
