* Increases sales and market share by promoting and selling
assigned Aesthetic products to current and potential
customers.
* Provide technical product information and procedure expertise to
customers.
* Initiate focused programs and services to increase sales and
market share for specific products.
* Communicate with customers in a clear and effective manner.
* Build internal and external relationships; establish credibility
and rapport with customers.
* Organize and schedule tasks, develop realistic goals and action
plans to increase sales and market share.
* Deal with unexpected situations or events, frequent changes, or
delays.
* Ensures compliance by providing FDA approved information and
adhering to FDA regulations.

* BA/BS in marketing, sales, business administration or a
related field is required.
* 3-5 years sales experience required. Sales experience in medical
device or pharmaceutical sales selling injectables is
preferred.
* Strong consultative selling skills and proven capability to close
sales.
* High personal motivation.
* Must be able to identify opportunities within the assigned
territory.
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
* Effective contract and negotiating skills.
* Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated success in a high
pressure sales role.
* Customer service orientation.
* Must possess valid driver's license and the ability to safely
operate a motor vehicle.
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Possess the ability to travel and work outside of the parameters
of 8am to 5pm as well as attend both corporate and trade meetings
when required; depending on territory assignment, expect a minimum
of 4 overnight stays per month.
* Effectively manage company property and resources to include, but
not limited to, expense management, computer, automobile and other
allocated equipment.
* Must possess and display ethical and compliant behavior.
