* Set-up, break-down and support meetings where audiovisual equipment is being used.
* Operate audiovisual systems and equipment during meetings when required.
* Provide end user support for meetings where audiovisual systems are used.
* Meet with customers before meetings and presentations to understand the customer's requirements for how the audiovisual systems will be used.
* Perform training and education with end users regarding functionality and use of audiovisual systems.
* Provide immediate problem resolution when necessary and escalate unresolved problems to the AV Help Desk or appropriate technical resource.
* Assist in call set-up for conferencing as requested.
* Other activities normally associated with an Audio Visual Specialist.
* Adhere to customer needs while maintaining professional communications and demeanor.
