We are recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance organization in Austin, TX.  We are looking for recent grads and talented candidates with up to 3 years of finance experience to help with the following:

• Assist in development / management of budget and forecasts
• Investigate variances and provide reporting on assigned contracts
• Perform cost management and analysis to ensure contract performance is within negotiated corrective action plans to remediate costs and schedule performance deviations 
• Provide periodic financial / contract status reports to internal and external customers
• Work with the Program Management Office (PMO) to generate and validate revenue forecasts for reasonable execution
• Prepare monthly financial status reports for PMO reviews
  

MUST BE A US CITIZEN WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A US SECURITY CLEARANCE.


Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong skills in MS Office Products, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Security Clearance required
• Experience in Finance and/or Accounting preferred, but will consider recent graduates with solid financial acumen
