How would you describe your time at Ticketmaster?
In this role, I am responsible for supervising the group booking department in the Manchester office with additional responsibility for overseeing specialist party events. Further to this another primary function is to act as the bridge between management in the London office and the Manchester team for the groups department.
The post furthermore requires that I provide support and additional on the job training to members of my team. Ensuring any important information, product knowledge and IT Skills are disseminated in accordance with departmental guidelines.
In addition to these responsibilities it is necessary for me to provide tailored support to a wide range of the companies clients. The clients I service are a wide range of businesses from individual customers to remote call centres re-selling tickets on behalf of the company. This can mean dealing with escalated queries or providing guidance in finding a solution specific to the client???s requirements.
