How would you describe your time at Quality Clicks?
Top Position closed its Marbella office to move the operation to the United Kingdom. I realized that with the skills I had acquired that I could create my own micro version of Top Position while improving it with my own opinions and previous feedback from the Top Position clients. This involved creating a website, setting up ways to receive and request money and the whole organization of the business. Having set up www.QualityClicks.co.uk I then started to generate clients for myself through online marketing via Google Adwords, forums, directories, etc. I met Google???s requirements to become a Google Advertising Professional and passed their examination to earn my status....

How would you describe your time at Top Position?
I applied for I.T jobs in the local area and secured a position of Google Adwords Account Manager at a company called Top Position. I received training from a highly qualified Google Advertising Professional as I had a limited experience with Google Adwords in the past from projects of my own. The position involved creating, optimizing and managing Google Adwords accounts for both new and present Top Position clients. I was also responsible to communicate with these clients to ensure that their goals were being met and to also discuss ways in which they would like to progress in the future. I worked alongside a team of seven other individuals who specialized in Google, Yahoo or MSN pay per click formats....

How would you describe your time at Regina's Restaurant?
During the period of selling flip flops I came in contact with the owner of a prestigious Italian restaurant called ???Regina???s??? located in a high class area of Marbella (Southern Spain). I was offered the opportunity to work there as one of two barmen. Some nights I was left to work alone while the other staff member assisted the waiting team. I decided to take the offer as I had never had experience within the catering industry. The job involved me serving drinks for up to 150 tables at a time while learning and creating cocktails at the same time. I had to co-operate with a waiting team made up of six individuals under intensive work conditions....

How would you describe your time at Self employed?
A requirement to become a student at Aloha College was to buy a share into the College in the form of a small investment. At the end of the academic period the student had the ability to withdraw the share for their own use. I decided to invest this sum of money into buying a large amount of flip flops from a wholesaler located in Madrid and then attempt to sell these flip flops to local tourist shops. I used online methods to generate these sales along with simple word of mouth marketing within the local area with contacts I had already established. There was also an opportunity for me to sell the flip flops individually on the actual beaches which provided me with first hand selling experience and the chance to improve my customer service skills. At the end of the sales campaign I ended up making a 40% return on the initial investment....

How would you describe your time at Aloha College?
As part of my CAS project for the International Baccalaureate, I decided to aid a teacher in looking after and teaching a Year 4 primary school class. The class held 18 students and was made up of various internationalities including that of English, Spanish, French, German and Dutch. I was given 8 of the students who were struggling to grasp the English language and was instructed to focus my attention on their reading skills and help guide them into becoming more familiar and confident with English phrases, words and pronunciation. At times, a level of discipline was required as the students became distracted with one another. The experience on the whole though was thoroughly positive and satisfying as I could see the students gradually progress with my help....
Looking After Professional Golfers
How would you describe your time at The British Open?
It was my responsibility to look after the professional golfers while they were preparing for their round. This involved being situated on the practice range of a morning and allocating the correct identification tags as the players entered the area. I would then give each individual golf professional a basket of balls with his correct golf ball type, which even included providing Tiger woods with his own ???Nike??? golf balls. Finally, my job consisted of looking after the players and their caddies both socially and physically so as to keep them calm before they began their rounds of golf. Despite the job only lasting just over a week, it was one of the most enjoyable times of my life as I was able to socialize among high class people while demonstrating to myself that I could remain in a responsible manner and look after these respectful individuals....

How would you describe your time at Aloha College?
I enjoyed my school life as it gave me an opportunity to harness my people skills while obviously improving my knowledge and ability in the subjects I liked most. It gave me direction in life and contacts to get where I am today.
