Started the HR Department in PC Hotel One a budget hotel chain with 300 staff, project of
Hashwani Hotel Limited, Islamabad.
?????? Planned, developed and implemented a strategy for HR, including recruitment policies,
discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development
and range of business tasks.
?????? Ensured other departments understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development,
objectives, purposes and achievements.
?????? Made tremendous amount of success in the areas of recruitment and selection, training and
development, employee relations, reward management, human resource planning.
?????? New procedures/practices were introduced to make the HR Department focal point.
?????? Counsel employees and managers as needed on performance, grievances and/or other issue
?????? Manage performance appraisal process...
