Proactively conduct research and innovative direct and Internet sourcing strategies to target and identify active and passive candidates.
Create and maintain a candidate pipeline by means of direct and Internet sourcing.
Work collaboratively with recruiters in order to keep up to date on the client???s hiring needs and skill sets desired for current projects.
Utilize various Internet tolls (recruitment databases, professional websites, job boards, Human Resource internet data mining tools and research directories) in order to identify target companies for candidate identification and recruitment initiatives.
Document and maintain all candidate profiles in a database system.
Responsible for obtaining deliverable goals as specified by the managers and report progress weekly through submission of weekly project status reports.
Provide mentorship and coaching to Research Specialists and new employees
As required, work with Recruiting Teams to evaluate candidate qualifications and determine whether the candidate should continue through screening process
Responsible for managing time on multiple requisitions
Lead development and implementation of internal information data mining techniques to enable the smart reuse of current candidate information within proprietary database system
Provide ongoing quality control of data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and no duplications
Perform analysis of internal and external candidate data to produce market intelligence products for use by internal project personnel and potential offering to clients. This is including, but not limited to, reports on average salaries for a standard position within a particular geographic area; reports on common reasons for leaving particular types of positions; reports on client competitors??? business developments and organizational structures
Familiarity with industry trends and terminology.
Demonstrate success identifying passive candidates for career opportunities in the various industries by means of cold calling
Develop and perform recruiting activities to ensure a sufficient supply of top talent to our clients.
Maintain active candidate pipelines for all assigned projects.
Work collaboratively with Research Specialists and Sr. Research Specialists in order to provide feedback on direct sourcing efforts and keep researchers up to date on hiring needs and desired skill sets for current projects.
Enter project data, executive summaries, screening questionnaires and candidate resumes into the database in a timely manner for up to date client review.
Report progress to Engagement Manager through submission of weekly project status reports.
As required, source for projects to ensure success.
Evaluate candidate qualifications and determine whether the candidate should continue through the screening process
Provide potential candidates with general information about the client company and answer general question candidates may have....
