Engaged by University of Southern California's Center for Business (CIBER) to assess feasibility and design multi-university consortium to promote linkages between top tier U.S. business schools and prestigious Russian university. Project involves extensive interviews and collaboration with deans, directors, faculty and students at multiple institutions.

Previously engaged by USC Marshall School of Business to conduct market analysis of niche MBA program offering and make strategic recommendations for growth and sustainability. Project entailed significant primary and secondary market research; including survey design/analysis and competitor benchmarking.
