How would you describe your time at Shulman Fleming & Partners?

When I started at Shulman Fleming and Partners, I was completely new to the recruiting world.
Yet, in a matter of a few months, I learned a tremendous amount about how the job market, clients and candidates all work together in harmony. Better yet, I was able to successfully close numerous
deals!
My experience as a recruiter thus far has been eye-opening.
I'm happy to have had this opportunity to put my technical and communication skills to the test, while gaining the crucial skills of finesse, control and sales. This position has also pushed me to think of new and innovative ways to find the best talent out there and using unconventional methods to reach passive candidates.

Information Technology, Psychology (Double Major)

How would you describe your time at rutgers university?

My experience at Rutgers University in New Jersey was a very fulfilling one.
One of my senior projects for my Info. Tech Major was to go find a real client, present the project and create a fully functional e-commerce website for them.
I feel that this project really put everything I learned
in the books to the test. It taught us how to communicate effectively and translate the client's needs into successful results.

While my technical background gave me the skills I needed for a technical career, my psychology background really helped me understand how people work.

I feel that these experiences really provided me with the necessary "umph" everyone needs to be successful in life and in work!
