Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of business programs.

Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems, and devises computer programs, systems and related procedures to process data.
Reporting to the Technical Support Group Leader, is responsible for providing technical and analytical support in the design, development, maintenance, and reporting of database and software applications ranging from medium to high complexity.
Key Skills/Competencies:
??? Investigates and analyzes verbal or written requests for computer software. Confers with others and performs research to collect the information necessary to complete the specifications. Determines the specific changes or new systems or routines which need to be developed.
??? Writes technical documentation for routines and small systems that facilitates their maintenance and effective use.
??? 1-2 years experience writing reports using SQL and/or Crystal Reports.
??? 8 years experience writing programs using MS Access, Visual Basic and VBA.
??? Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting logical and physical data models and being able to formulate appropriate data relationships.
??? Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications, specifically Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
??? Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, coordinate, and manage simultaneous projects/tasks to ensure deadlines are achieved.
??? Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology and data concepts.
??? Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills, with a strong focus on detail.
??? Actively involved in the implementation of a software system or process into the production environment
Particularly interested in client/server and relational database design using Oracle, Sybase, and MS-SQL Server. Apply MS Office suite.
