I am seeking a position such as an independent consultant or on part time, or full time base in Shanghai, China , to help create market, business opportunities, and project development, as representative/consultant for a North Amerian or European company or organization. In case you allow me to take care of the respontibility in China as requiered, I would serously apply for this positon. When I acted as commercial officer for Canadian Consulate in Shanghai( for five and a half years), PR with all the provincial, district, and municipal government in East China, and Central China was my job responsibility, also when acting as an independent consultant working together with a few European companies, PR with a lot of district and provincial governments where we were proecessing our projects, I had also quite a lot PR with the concerning governments in Anhui, Shandong, Hebei, and Hubei provinces.
With my Chinese background , born , grew up, and well educated in China as mechanical engineer for six years, plus I do have a long and abudant working experience for N. American, European companies and Canadian government organizationsas during the past 23 years, when I was appointed as senior project manager, commercial officer, senior commercial officer, vice president, general manager, and representative for a few well known European companies resulting in a good reference list ,which certainly enables me to adapt to and help any corporation for their business in Mainland China.
