How would you describe your time at Cybernet Slash Support?
I am responsible for implementation methodology and a rigorous migration model thereby ensuring the smooth go live of the projects on time, under budget and to the client's satisfactions.
I am also responsible for making and reviewing the RFI???s & RFP???s and presentations for the potential clients, furthermore discussing the required deliverable expectations.
As the client interface, I am responsible for ensuring that all the client commitments are met thereby ensuring client satisfaction and retention, maintaining the ongoing client relationship, maintaining the current revenue and growing revenue organically within my clients, the MSA indices are fulfilled to the satisfaction of all, both the organization as well as the clients of various projects under my supervision....
