Responsibilities:

Data Maintenance
- Reviews and verifies employee information processed by the system.
- Supports data delivery needs of internal customers and external clients.

Reports
- Develops standard HR Reports.
- Develops, constructs and generates any other reports needed by
management which are related to manpower.
- Compiles statistical information or prepare reports related to payroll, recruitment, position classification, compensation and training.

System Implementation and Maintenance
- Gathers documents regarding business requirements from Project Team.
- Maps business requirements with system functionality. Identify system gaps.
- Builds-up personnel database information for newly acquired companies.

Process Analysis and Documentation
- Conducts process review sessions with the department system users.
- Analyzes and reviews HR Systems policies and procedures to ensure that proper control and accountabilities are clearly defined.
- Establishes effective workflows/processes to optimize accuracy and timeliness of information from data source.
- Works with the various HR units in designing workflows/processes that are HRMS related.
- Facilitates change control when there are changes in the current processes.

Security
- Creates valid approval processes that will ensure that all HR processes are aligned.
- Facilitates posting of requests from the vendor for the new users for login creation.
- Designs User roles.
- Designs User groups.

Training
- Identifies training needs of end-users.
- Develops training materials.
- Trains users on newly-developed procedures and enhancements.
- Conducts system training as required.

Issues Resolution
- Documents and tracks system issues and report them to IT or system vendor.
- Communicates with vendor regarding system issues.
- Troubleshoots basic technical issues.
