Do not be surprised if the job searching frustrates you. When I first got out of college, I expected things to get better immediately. How would you describe your time at Trek's Computer Shop?

It was a great experience. I resolved hardware problems by replacing defective parts, I restored systems by either reformatting and reinstalling the operating systems or using anti-virus, anti-spyware software to remove all infections, and I had troubleshooted a few networks onsite.

I learned a lot from the college. I've gotten better at dealing with computer hardware, learned more about networking, worked with Professional and other editions of Windows OS, and I was introduced to Linux.
