What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?
Do not be surprised if the job searching frustrates you. When I first got out of college, I expected things to get better immediately. I learned that you have to work really hard to get the job you want. These employers will not hand you a job; you have to work extremely hard for it. No matter how frustrating the job searching gets, do not give up....
