Working in the IT web design, web development, and hosting division of RBI provided me a window into the b-2-b marketplace on the internet. Each industry has its own focus, but every website is striving for the same goal - to reach the widest audience possible. In my role, I ensured that all projects are properly planned, managed and completed on time. By successfully directing clients in gathering requirements, management of project scope and delivery of aggressive schedules my team was able to meet clients??? revenue goals and deliver projects on-time & under budget. By directly working with web developers, web analytics, traffic managers, and analysts we were able to continually optimize our best practices....

The entrepreneur in me grew through my experiences at ProcessClaims.com. Starting as a technical analyst doing bug testing and technical support, I quickly exemplified my leadership skills and became manager to form a technical support and implementation department. Once the process was established, I was approached by the CIO to start a Professional Services group. I transitioned to become a business consultant working directly with sales and development to lead clients in discovery, capture scope, document requirements, define with development, qa, and launch of custom applications. ProcessClaims.com was purchased by CCC Information Systems and has continued to make great strides in the auto insurance industry....
