The focus of RIT's Pre-College Outreach is on middle and high school students. Works with the Director of Pre-College Outreach in carrying out these responsibilities. Primarily responsible for management of RIT's Explore Your Future Program (EYF), which serves 225-275 students annually.

-Collaborate with several departments; Information Technology, Student Life Team, Marketing Communications, and Dean (Total of 90 staffs combined).

-Prepared and distributed all outreach program applications and mailings (including web-based applications.)

-Managed database: designed applications as needed and maintained database for all program evaluation systems.

-Prepared and managed a weekly and daily scheduling systems. Responsible for maintaining a quick and accurate adjustment to all schedules on the fly.
