Print Shop Operations (80%)
Coordinated, scheduled, facilitated and monitored printing and production services of an average of 30,000 impressions per day. Organized and implemented a production work schedule for processing of more than 15 requests per day. Strategized and implemented an accountability system for each phase of the production schedule to insure deadline and availability of projects. Provided directions and supports during schedule interruptions to accommodate emergency requests. Operated printing presses, cameras and production equipments as needed. Verified completed projects in order to meet quality standards; trains/teach with an average of 21 clients each day to preform all aspects in printing. Performed other related duties commensurate with the requirements of the printing and production department.
Consultation/Client Services (20%)
Provided consultation and assistance to over 5 clients per day during project development.
Coordinated and facilitated the project???s requirements in a timely manner, formulating and preparing print requests, choosing specific materials and ink combinations, and educating the impact of choosing appropriate paper quality for the finished print job. Responsible for the establishment and operation of educational activities designed to build up RIT's pipeline of prospective students. The focus of RIT's Pre-College Outreach is on middle and high school students. Works with the Director of Pre-College Outreach in carrying out these responsibilities. Primarily responsible for management of RIT's Explore Your Future Program (EYF), which serves 225-275 students annually.
-Team Leader of 12 Counselors and 5 Office Staffs
-Manage budget of $180,000 annually.
-Collaborate with several departments; Information Technology, Student Life Team, Marketing Communications, and Dean (Total of 90 staffs combined).
-Prepared and distributed all outreach program applications and mailings (including web-based applications.)
-Managed database: designed applications as needed and maintained database for all program evaluation systems.
-Prepared and managed a weekly and daily scheduling systems. Responsible for maintaining a quick and accurate adjustment to all schedules on the fly.
-Created and disseminated program summary reports.
-Office management: maintain department budget and expedite all department expense forms; process all checks and maintain financial information on database; generate financial reports; order supplies; maintain storage inventory; arrange program logistic setups; generate and merge emails/letters to program faculty and staff, process UPS/Fed-Ex shipping and paperwork.
