I learned a good bit about sales, however, I was put into a struggling market with hopes that I could pull the division out of trouble. This was admitted to me initially and I accepted the job as a challenge. I was laid off with a few others when the company couldn't financially recover.

I learned a lot about problem solving at this job. There were a number of days where I was the only one at a pool and I had to learn how to fix equipment on the spot. Even though the job was part-time in order to get through school, it still was a very positive learning experience.

Very good. This was the beginning of my development in critical thinking. I was majoring in psychology and I became fascinated with learning and organizational psychology. These both focus on using methods to shape positive behavior. Once again, this fits in with my problem solving mentality.

How would you describe your time at Dallas Theological Seminary?

Very positive. This school is one of the best seminaries in the nation if not the world. The experienced stretch my critical thinking and honed my analytical skills. It was also a pleasure learning two languages in the process.
