How would you describe your time at Stuart Advertising?
My favorite part of this job is that I had the opportunity to built great working relationships with both my clients as well as the media sales reps who presented proposals to me. I negotiated pricing and placement of all types of media including TV, radio, newspaper, billboards, and magazines on behalf of my clients, while working within the guidelines of their budgets. Through my stellar customer service skills, I was able to secure referrals from my current clients for other potential clients. I personally followed up with these referrals and eventually brought most of these new businesses in to our advertising agency's client list. I also served as first contact for customers and sales reps entering our office. My duties also included proofreading printed pieces, processing incoming mail and properly filing invoices, answering phones, preparing presentations, and preparing each day's bank deposit....

How would you describe your time at Fred Meyer?
During my time with Fred Meyer, I was able to showcase my customer service skills day after day. I loved giving the one on one attention to each customer and helping them make their purchases. I was able to advise and guide them in their decision making with the knowledge I had gained about the products we sold. I loved matching the need of a customer to the right product or service that fit. I often had customers come in to the store and specifically request my service because they had been so pleased in their previous dealings with me....
