Cecil Paplinskie

Having a Fine Arts degree with a major in Advertising, has helped me to land a job as a designer with Enesco's sister company, Pacific Rim in Asia. After five years, I decided to move on and work for a graphic company. At the same time, I became a contributing illustrator for a childrens magazine. I liked it a lot and decided to pursue illustrating childrens book. I attended a workshop with a top German illustrator. Joined other workshops in illustrations and became a member of the Valley Arts Council. I am now pursuing a career in illustration.
